Welcome to stockicons.org!
This is a small project to help out software developers with free quality stock icons for their programs. While there are many good applications and GUI toolkits available the included icon libraries often look quite dated - stockicons.org aims to offer core icons for developers at no cost in order to incorporate an up to date look and feel.
Free toolbar icons
Download [32 bit PNG]
A base set of free toolbar icons including most common operations. (File New, Open, Print, Cut, Copy, Paste,...). This set is intended to comply with the Windows™ look. I have heared many complains about small XP icons looking faintly so I kept a higher contrast and outline. Size: 16x16
More free icons

Various free additional icons. This set currently includes only a small amount of icons but will be regularly extendedt in the future. They are supposed to be used on Windows™ and other platforms like Apple's Mac OS X™. Size 16x16
Icon developement
If the above icons should not be enough for you or your project I offer reasonable icon development of new sets or additions to the above. Up to five additional icons will be free of charge. For any request please feel free to conatct me!
